Her father is the pastor of Amazing Grace Church, a small but growing church in the very rural village. He has small crops and chickens to help provide for the family as the church members are currently only able to provide him with very little financial support. Her mother has recently taken a job working as a teacher that requires her to be away from the family Monday through Friday. Unfortunately, the income is not enough to consistently pay for school fees.
